On the afternoon of June 26, 2026, the signing ceremony for strategic cooperation between the Healthy China Project Management Committee and China Three Gorges University was grandly held in Meeting Room No.6, Materials and Biological Building of China Three Gorges University. Yan Xiaozheng, Director and Secretary-General of the Healthy China Project Management Committee, and Wang Jianping, Party Secretary of China Three Gorges University, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Dr. Lin Chunhong, Executive Director of the Healthy China Project Expert Committee and Chairman of Wuhan University Oasis Biotechnology Group, was also present. Experts and persons-in-charge from relevant fields of both sides jointly witnessed the signing.
At the ceremony, Wang Jianping, Party Secretary of China Three Gorges University, delivered a welcome speech. He extended a warm welcome to the delegation of the Healthy China Project and introduced the university’s strengths and achievements in pharmaceutical research as well as talent training. Yan Xiaozheng, Director of the Healthy China Project Management Committee, addressed the gathering. He emphasized the significance of integrating industry, academia and research under the national Healthy China strategy and voiced high expectations for the prospects of bilateral cooperation. Yuan Ding, Secretary-General of the Academic Committee and Second-Class Professor of China Three Gorges University, as the person in charge of the project, gave a detailed report on the research progress and application value of the Panax japonicus project.
Subsequently, with all participating guests as witnesses, the two sides formally signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement Between the Healthy China Project and China Three Gorges University, and held an unveiling and licensing ceremony for the "New Quality Productivity Base of the Healthy China Project & Panax Japonicus Experimental Base of China Three Gorges University". This marks that the two sides have reached a consensus on in-depth cooperation in fields including innovative traditional Chinese medicine and the transformation of scientific and research achievements.
As the core research subject of this cooperation, Panax japonicus boasts unique medicinal value and economic potential. It combines the dual efficacies of ginseng and notoginseng, making it a premium raw material for developing comprehensive health products. Notably, Wuhan University Oasis Biotechnology Group has been specially brought into this partnership to formulate the Technical Specifications for Green Prevention and Control of Major Diseases and Pests of Panax japonicus. Leveraging the green prevention and control system of Wuhan University Oasis, strict control will be implemented starting from the planting source to achieve the goal of "zero pesticide residues", guaranteeing high standards and scientific rigor of the project. Such stringent standards set a safety benchmark for Panax japonicus, while laying a solid foundation for subsequent deep processing and product commercialization. Supported by standardized planting and technological empowerment, the two parties aim to build a distinctive TCM brand with strong market competitiveness and advance high-quality development of the regional comprehensive health industry.

Wuhan Unioasis Biological Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by experts and professors of Wuhan University on December 2, 2002. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, production and sales of insect viruses, bacteria, fungi and other beneficial microorganisms. We has outstanding scientific research advantage, and formulated five national/international industrial standards for insect viruses, and undertook four national scientific research and construction projects such as the 5000 tons biological pesticide project of the national development and Reform Commission. In November 2020, Wuhan Unioasis won the title of "Top Ten Brand Enterprises of Biological Pesticides and Biological Control" issued by the "Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation of Biological Pesticides and Biological Control Industry" established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. In December 2020, Wuhan Unioasis won the title of "Top Twenty of Biological Agriculture" issued by the 2020 International Agricultural Food Top 100 Future · Baima Summit (IFA2020).
